Online Customer Advisor for Vaporizers & E-Cigarettes (m/f) – Full-time

Your Responsibilities:
- Assist our customers with all inquiries related to vaporizers and e-cigarettes, both before and after purchase, via email and phone.
- Ensure customers receive complete and clear information, maintaining accurate records of customer and order data.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, acting as a bridge between customers, products, and the company.
- Proactively resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and a smooth experience.
What You Bring:
- A commercial education or relevant qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polite, respectful approach toward customers.
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems.
- A proactive mindset, quick thinking, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken, with a strong command of English.
- A resilient, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Previous experience in e-commerce customer service.
- Fluency in additional foreign languages is a plus.
